“This place could truly be excellent, however they just missed the mark in a few areas. 1) The restaurant food quality was almost good but they used toxic seed oils in everything. 2) We booked the sauna only to find it turned off and no towels for us. We turned it on ourselves, told staff to push our appointment back to the next half hour block. One hour after turning the sauna on it was 46°C inside, we hadn’t broke a sweat & staff came by to ensure we didn’t over stay our time limit. We……

“Outstanding staff and management - all of them were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely location. Breakfasts were good, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant one day and it was very good as well. Chalet was cute and spacious enough. Walkways lined with flowers.
