「Hotel lovely, studio really spacious, bed large and comfortable. Breakfast included in the cafe really good. Evening meal in that same cafe owned by hotel awful」

「Starting with the location — the hotel is roughly a 15 minute walk from the port, which sounds fine until you realise it’s all downhill on the way there, meaning it’s all uphill on the way back. So if you enjoy returning from dinner feeling like you’re training for a mountain expedition, this is the place for you. The room itself was average at best. The balcony however was completely overrun with bugs, so sitting outside in the evening turned into more of a wildlife experience than a relaxing...

「Everything was great, as far as facilities go. Perfect location for old town, port, restaurants, bars, etc. Very enjoyable experience. Cartagen̈a is great. To check in, however, there's a small, sliding-glass door to the office, to the right of the actual apartments where you have to check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're driving, it takes a bit of work. I parked nearly directly in front of the apartment into a "yellow" parking zone. The staff will give you a discounted parking card...

「Wonderful stay in a phenomenal location. A short walk to shopping, coffee, museums, parks and phenomenal restaurants. The staff was welcoming and kind. Would love to stay again if we return. 」

「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」
