"Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"Accommodation was basic and functional. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Nice little balcony area. Overall property well maintained. If I have a small recommendation it would be to modernise the furnishings inside the apartment."

"It does what it says on the tin. No-frills, value for money accommodation. Comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities. Very clean.
Launderette on the other side of the road. Supermarket and boulangerie two minutes away. A few minutes walk into the centre of town and the beach. Recommended."
