"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

Top La Bathie Hotel Reviews

Base Camp Lodge - Albertville

8/10 Good

"The stairs in the Lodgy part are quite steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. The hotel caters to an active crowd and has a fantastic outdoor area with seasonal entertainment. It also has a locked cage for safe motorcycle parking."

Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc

8/10 Good

"Amazing location in beautiful Megève. The hotel has a lovely Alpine character and atmosphere and, while not overly luxurious, it certainly feels special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and it is definitely on our wish list to return."

ILY Hôtels & Spa la Rosière

10/10 Excellent

"Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Friendly staff, the room was spectacular, very spacious, clean with amazing Mountain View’s. We used the pool and it was very relaxing and clean. We had dinner at bonami which was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was also lovely. We were sad to leave. Will definitely be booking again. Our two children 7 &9 also enjoyed the hotel and the views. Children can use the pool but not the spa/jacuzzis which they enjoyed."
