「Piscine pas nettoyée à notre arrivée, communication très compliquée avec l’hôte, réactivité très longue .La piscine a été nettoyée 30h plus tard. Nous avons raté quasi 2 jours de piscine sur 3 nuitées, sachant que la maison sans accès à la piscine n’a aucune valeur ajouté. Aucun geste commerciale pour ce désagrément. Domage !」

「At the reception, only spanish was spoken. No german, poor english and french.
A shame for a seaside resort.
The hotel is dated and seems to need renovation....
A balcony window would'nt open
the sidesofa bed was in poor condition. The front was broken and not repaired
Damaged wall paintings......

「The apartment is located within walking distance to the beaches and the center of Lloret de Mar. It is comfortable, ample for our group of 7 adults and well equipped with all the essentials. The ac worked perfectly. The 24-hour front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.」
