Residence of 3 apartments in the Vallée des Confins. Very nice view of the Aravis. Quiet. Shuttle stop at 50 m. Close to the ski binding of Var (green run) depending on the snow cover. At 2.5 km from the village.

Advertised on home away site but with two other agents and a lot of hidden extra charges

La Berraz is a lovely accomadation however there were two agency's involved beware, the heating and hot water was not working on two out of the 7 days we were there the same happened to the whole house, the Agency in la clusaz sorted out the problem however it did not compensate for the fact that we had no heating or hot water with minus temperatures and we were sking a party of 8 adults needing to shower I would not recommend this property for the above two reasons
