「Upon arriving, it was easy to find our parking spot. We spent a few minutes trying to physically find the unit we rented as well as the lock box (we arrived after dark and we couldn't see very well even with our camera flashlights- that's on us). Owner gave detailed instructions both via message and written notes left in the house and touched bases with us during our stay. Everything was clean and tidy.
