「Its a hostal with limited attention to get in and out. You book on Expedia with the payment to be done at the hotel but they insist in getting payment ahead of the date of arrival alleging that the card did not go thru. If they want payment they should just have you pay thru Expedia at the time of booking and be done. Then they want to collect the tourist tax. I guess you they could just add it and charge it. For me it was too complicated and time consuming and I should have booked a hotel...
