It consists of two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for restful nights, and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm), perfectly suited for children or accompanying guests. The sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements while maintaining a convivial space for getting together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in complete independence: cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and complete crockery, including wine glasses for sharing good times. The accommodation also includes sheets and towels, radiators, a television, WiFi, hangers, hot water, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your stay. The two shower rooms make everyday life easier and provide real fluidity when staying with others.

Outside, the private patio is a pleasant extension of the living space and allows you to enjoy al fresco dining thanks to the barbecue, ideal for convivial moments.
