「Nice location, pool area was the highlight even though pictures show basketball hoops and they were no longer present. Dislikes: on a busy soccer tournament weekend they ran out of coffee during breakfast, we could not connect to WiFi in our room on devices or tv, no quiet hour enforcement, and ceilings do not mute upstair room activity. Could not sleep hearing foot step floor squeaks until 1am, I’ve never experienced this in other hotels.」

「The parking was complicated to find on GPS. The "breakfast" was no breakfast. no toast or bagels or anything comparable. 1 banana and dry cereal and mini cups for coffee. No hot tea.
The property was dirty with vacuum cleaners sitting around and dirty carpet. the room was clean, but NO functioning tv - it was a smart tv with your OWN app, that didn't work. NO elevator for my Sr. Citizen mom.
and they refused to give us a receipt at the end of our stay. They didn't reserve the 2 nights we...
