- In a condominium very close to the sea, this duplex apartment offers great benefits. Located 800 meters from the port of La Flotte, and 100 meters from the sea, it is also close to all amenities. This duplex apartment includes: A terrace equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol). A fully equipped kitchen area: multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner.
