「We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.」

「Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and immaculately kept with all the utensils and towels you could need. Only complaints are the oven didn’t seem to regulate the temperature like it should. The upstairs also got exceptionally hot while downstairs was cold. The interior of the home feels very dark at night and could benefit from brighter lighting. The exterior was also lacking lights by the hot tub area, which could present a safety concern . All of that said, we would stay here again...

「We had an absolute wonderful time, and experience at this home, and the location on the lake. The home was exactly as the pictures show, and more. Everything we needed was there for use, including more beach “lake” towels, plenty of towels & also shampoo & conditioner were there if needed. The home was very clean, and super cute (very well decorated), and over all a great experience for our family. We will definitely consider this property in our future visits to Norris Lake.」

「The house is cozy and gray and was perfect for our stay. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the house because we came to hike and explore the Big South Fork Scenic River and Recreation Area. It was a really nice place to come back to at night and relax and unwind. In the morning we cooked breakfast, packed our lunches and headed out. The restaurants we tried in Oneida had great food. We couldn't possibly eat all that we were served at El Rey Azteca, so that was a meal we didn't need to cook...

「This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!」
