Highly recommend!

Gorgeous gite in stunning surroundings. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the guidebook that had been left for us with lots of ideas for things to do, and even a map of the local area to show where to find them. The gite had everything we needed, and the children have asked to go back again next year!

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région

Belle maison avec 3 grandes chambres à l'étage. Endroit agréable à vivre et très bien placé pour visiter les alentours.

Super endroit pour se retrouver et passer de bonnes vacances

Le gîte Ti Ruz est parfaitement équipé, comme neuf, moderne, avec une cheminée pour se réchauffer après de grandes ballades dans cette très belle région. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à votre écoute en cas de besoin. A refaire :)

Bonnes vacances

Très bon endroit pour y passer de bonnes vacances entre amis. Nous étions 2 couples avec 3 enfants en bas âge. La situation géographique est particulièrement intéressante, car cela permet de se deplacer rapidement (30 minutes max) vers les villes ou endroits à visiter, qui se trouvent tout autour. Présence du chemin de fer avec train qui s'avère être un cadeau pour les enfants, ainsi que le cheval qu'il a fallu saluer tous les jours de la semaine... En tout cas rien de gênant, même pour les adultes... Logement fonctionnel et agréable. Seul bémol, aucun réseau wifi ne fonctionne pour ce logement. Si votre propre réseau ne passe pas, il vous faut sortir pour capter... Mais cela n'est pas une priorité quand on est en vacances, mais je le signale car il est inscrit dans les prestations... Je recommande cette location et si vous êtes plusieurs couples ou en grande famille il vous est possible de louer plusieurs logements sur le gites, ce qui peut être plaisant... Cordialement

Tout n'est que douceur de vivre, calme & volupté

Une seconde année de vacances à la Fresnais encore superbe, cette fois ci nous avons réservé le Gîte Ti Ruz, alors que l’an passé nous avions réservé le Gîte Ti Melen, et c’est encore une belle surprise. La Bretagne nous a gagné, et cette location y est pour beaucoup, nous sommes au calme, la voie ferrée n’est pas un problème, cela amuse beaucoup les enfants et ne nuit en rien au calme et à la détente. Le cadre reste reposant et dépaysant, les propriétaires sont accueillants, les gites sont pour nous bien isolés. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte, nous sommes au milieu de la campagne et proche de toutes les grandes et belles villes comme St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale ... Nous reviendrons encore une troisième année, et toujours dans l'un de ces gîtes. Merci à Fabrice et à Claudine pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

superbe séjour

nous avons passés une semaine de vacances dans ce gite il y a rien a redire propriétaire acceuillant il nous a monté les sites a visité comme le Mont Dol le Mont Saint Michel Saint Malo Dinard Dinan Les photos sont reels certes la cuisine est petite mais cela ne gene pas trop , les parties communes sont bien tres propres . On tient à remercier Mr Monin une personne très gentil et à l'écoute de ses locataires . On recommande cette location les yeux fermés

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de monsieur Morin. Le gite est conforme à la description. Tout équipé et très propre. Seule la cuisine est petite et peu pratique pour faire la cuisine. Le réseau wifi est difficelement accessible.

Gite tout neuf, bien conçu, pratique, et très propre ! L'intérieur est fonctionnel et bien pensé. La terrasse est très agréable et les espaces verts sont un vrai + pour les enfants. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter la région qui est superbe : St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard, Mont St Michel... Et les plages ne sont qu'à quelques km. Bref, nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte (à noter également : l'accueil convivial des propriétaires).

En deux mots : idéal et parfait !

Ces gîtes sont excellemment rénovés, avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y a été pensé, très fonctionnel. Situé à proximité du Mont Saint-Michel et des villes renommées de Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale… les visites ne manqueront pas, sans oublier la mer à quelques kilomètres. La campagne proche de toutes les commodités…avec en plus un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires ! Alors aucune hésitation, foncez !
