Wonderful stay

The object was clean and cosy - magnificent garden surrounding :-) Quiet place with opportunities to play badminton and Petanque/Boule. Very lovely hosts that gave some precious hints for nice places. Definitely a place where we would return to if we visit that area again :-) Merci Laurence !!!

Lovely quiet place

We had a lovely stay at this little house with giant garden. The house is small but very nice, ideal for two people and also for a family if you like cosier places or if you are sightseeing / going on adventures a lot. The garden is beautiful and very special with lots of trees and a lot of space to wander around. Laurence is a very, very nice host and she makes sure that everything is in order and that you feel welcome. To us personally, the area was a little bit less appealing because we just came from the Côte granit rose, which was very impressive with lots of stunning seaviews etc. The area at this house has more nice cities, such as Saint Malo and Cancale, which are very busy in august. If you like visiting popular historic towns, this house is at a perfect location. The little house next to this house has a swimming pool, which can be a bit difficult if you have children who enjoy swimming :) luckily we prepared our children so for us this wasn’t a problem, but you can hear the water splashes sometimes. We had absolutely no problems during our stay caused by our neighbours and their family. Although the two holiday homes are right next to eachother, you almost can’t see eachothers house and for us it was absolutely no problem at all.

Très belle maison de vacances dans un immense parc (vraiment immense, magnifique et très bien entretenu). La maison est très agréable avec une belle déco et une "atmosphère" propice à la détente. La propreté est absolument irréprochable et la maison en parfait état. Les photos sont parfaitement fidèles à la réalité. L'accueil des propriétaires, Laurence et Jacky, dont la maison est sur la propriété est excellent. Ils sont très aimables et d'excellents conseils et service. Ils sont présent quand c'est nécessaire et nous ont "sauvé la vie" au moment de partir. Encore merci à eux. La location est très bien placée car elle permet d'accéder facilement à tout ce qui est intéressant à voir ou à faire dans le secteur : Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale, voir plus loin (Pointe du Chevet à Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer), char à voile sur la plage d'Hirel (A faire !!!). Jacky nous a fait découvrir les palourdes locales : ExcellentesIci, on est à la campagne avec beaucoup d'espace, loin des bouchons et de la surcharge touristique environnante. Il y a une autre maison de vacances sur la propriété.C'est un excellent choix que je recommanderai à mes amis.

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls vor Ort. Der zu dem Grundstück gehörige Garten ist riesig, sehr schön und beherbergt ein Boule-Bahn und zwei Federballfelder. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sauber. Auch die Terrasse ist toll. Die Wohnung ist allerdings im Erdgeschoss recht dunkel, die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist sehr schmal, sodass man seine Sachen nur mit Mühe nach oben bekommt. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen ausreichende Möglichkeiten, die eigenen Sachen zu verstauen - die vorhandenen Regale sind einfach zu klein. Die Angabe zum Pool ist irreführend, da dieser nicht zu dem Haus, sondern zum Nachbarhaus gehört. Der Ort bietet wenig Interessantes, man ist auf das eigene Auto angewiesen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Es war sauber, die Betten bequem. Nachdem wir einige Utensilien wie Toilettenpapier, Spühlmittel, Waschlappen, Gewürze besorgt hatten, fühlten wir uns wirklich wohl. Ich weiß nicht, wie Franzhosen ihre Wohnfläche berechnen. Es sind jedenfalls keine 85 qm. Ich würde eher zwischen 65 - 70 qm die schätzen. Sonst eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

klein maar fijn

Mooi vrij nieuw huisje, erg gezellig ingericht. Wij waren met zijn tweeën en voor ons groot genoeg. Alles is netjes verzorgd, bedden zijn perfect. De keuken met vaatwasser, wasmachine en grote oven, koffiezetter grote koelkast en vriezer. Persoonlijk hadden wij het fijn gevonden als er horren voor de dakvenster gezeten hadden, nu hebben we met de ramen dicht geslapen. Wij zijn erg tevreden. VRBO als agentschap voegt weinig toe voor het geld dat ze rekenen.

Vakantiehuis met immense tuin in La Fresnais

We hebben heel erg genoten van dit prachtige, moderne, verzorgde huisje met immense tuin. Het huis heeft werkelijk alles wat men nodig heeft en is wat locatie betreft ideaal gelegen om Dinard, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cancale, de Mont-Saint-Michel,... te bezoeken (bijna alles op minder dan een half uur rijden). De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en hebben prachtig werk geleverd in de inrichting van het huis en de tuin. In het dorp is een supermarkt en bakker, dus alles dichtbij voor de dagelijks boodschappen. Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader! (Wat echter niet overeenstemt met de advertentie, is dat er een laadpaal aanwezig is aan het huis. Maar er zijn er voldoende in de dichte omgeving, dus wij vonden dit geen probleem)

kleine bretonische Oase zwischen Saint-Malo und Mont-Saint-Michel

Ende Juli 2022 durften wir eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhäuschen verleben. Mit seinen ca. 85qm bot es uns (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) ausreichend Platz. Unsere Entscheidung fiel auf dieses Häuschen primär wegen der Lage zwischen Saint-Malo und Mont-Saint-Michel und dem Garten!!! Der Garten ist ein TRAUM mit vielen ungestörten halbschattigen Plätzchen zum Lesen, Entspannen oder wie wir es getan haben zum YOGA. Wir haben von hier mehrere Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen: - mit dem Zug nach Rennes (Bahnhof direkt im Ort) - Plage de Lourtuais/Erquy (Fahrzeit: 75-90min) - Beach-Hopping um Saint-Briac-sur-Mer (Fahrzeit pro Strecke: 45-60min) - Saint-Malo (20-30min) - Mont-Saint-Michel (30-40min) - Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, ... die Liste könnten wir noch verlängern. Ansonsten liegt das Häuschen in abgeschirmter 2. Reihe an der Ortsdurchfahrt nach Saint-Malo. Klingt beim ersten Lesen wegen der Ortsdurchfahrt vielleicht nicht reizvoll, aber die Straße stört nicht, weil das Haupthaus abschirmt. Bei der Buchung haben wir bereits festgestellt, dass primär Französisch gewünscht ist. Dennoch haben wir uns bewusst dafür entschieden, trotz unserer geringen Kenntnisse aus der Schulzeit. Mit ein wenig Englisch konnte man sich zwischendurch trotzdem verständigen. Am Ende haben wir jedoch einen Kritikpunkt. Bei unserer Recherche hatten wir nach Objekten mit Pool gesucht. Dies steht auch in der Anzeige selbst, allerdings gehört der Pool zum 2. Ferienhäuschen, dessen Gartenanteil von unserem Bereich abgetrennt war und nicht auf dem gemeinschaftlichen Bereich steht. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Stränden und Bademöglichkeiten (inklusive Schwimmbad) war der nicht verfügbare Pool schnell zu verkraften. Eine Wertung mit 4 Sternen erscheint uns aufgrund des Gesamtpakets allerdings als unfair und nicht gerechtfertigt. Bei 5 Sternen wäre zwar "alles" perfekt, aber das war es auch für uns.

Super séjour !

Le gîte est magnifique, tout comme l’extérieur très ombragé, parfait pour l’été ! Les équipements sont top ( hamac, terrain de pétanque, filet de badminton, salon de jardin, barbecue...) L’intérieur du gîte est aussi très fonctionnel et très moderne. Les propriétaires sont adorables et discrets mais présents si besoin. Le gîte est idéalement situé, peu de route à faire pour les visites ou la plage ( St Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne, Le Mont Saint Michel....). Les commerces sont à proximité. Je recommande fortement ce lieu, nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Alles, wie es sein soll

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Alles ist tip top sauber und viele kleine Details (vom Regenschirm bis zum Außengrill) zeigen, dass Jacky und Laurence ihr Objekt mit Sorgfalt pflegen und sich Gedanken machen, was der Feriengast braucht. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies mit viel Erholungswert. Die Lage ist ruhig und absolut ideal, um Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Cancale und vieles mehr zu erkunden, ohne lange im Auto zu sitzen. Ein Auto braucht man allerdings, um einzukaufen, essen zu gehen etc. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Charmante maison au calme au cœur de la baie du mont st Michel

Charmante maison à la fois au calme (grand parc) et idéalement placée entre le mont st Michel et Dinard/ St Malo. La maison est compacte: environ 60 m2 avec 2 plateaux avec un RDC salon cuisine ouverte et Salle de Douche et WC. A l’étage deux chambres. Jolie terrasse où vous pouvez déjeuner et un charmant salon de jardin sous auvent. Assez petite mais vous avez de nombreux espaces pour être tranquille. En termes d’équipement, moi qui adore faire de la cuisine, un petit peu juste (une seule poêle, pas de mixeur/batteur, pas de tôle de cuisson pour tarte/quiche, pas de petit plat à four… message passé au propriétaire qui a été très compréhensif). Par contre beaucoup de vaisselle. Super Four classique super efficace (chaud en 7 mn!, idéal). Chauffage très efficace, eau chaude parfaite. Lave linge mais il me semble qu’il y a une coquille dans l’annonce car il est mentionné un sèche linge. Vraiment un endroit cosy avec une déco élégante:. Propreté parfaite aussi. Jacky est adorable et se plie en 4 pour nous trouver des solutions (il nous apporte de la vaisselle qu’il manquait). A noter un autre gîte à côté, peut être sympa pour venir à deux familles. Village de la Fresnais avec un boulanger et un marché U pour les courses. A 10 mn Aquamalo un centre aquatique magnifique et ouvert parfois jusqu’à 22h. Belle ballâdes a cheval en baie de Cancale sur la mer pour débutants 35e avec le haras du Buot. Magique! Ballades à pied avec un guide pour traverser la baie du mont st Michel à faire (3 h de marche). Sinon St Malo, Cap Frehel, Erquy, Dinard, Diinan, Chareau de Combourg sont de belles ballâtes à faire. Bref, on recommande on a adoré notre semaine/. Une belle adresse.

Le gîte est propre et super calme, l’extérieur est immense est bien arboré, le gîte est bien situé géographiquement. Par contre l’accès au gîte se fait par le jardin d’un second gîte. L’intérieur est quasi neuf, les chambres sont accessibles via un escalier en colimaçon qui reste étroit (on ne sais pas monter une grosse valise par exemple) à noter l’absence de rangement pour les courses dans la cuisine. Les propriétaires ne sont pas loin sans être envahissant, concernant un problème de lisibilité des équipements sur le site Jacky est tout de suite sur la défensive dommage ! Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances avec nos enfants dans ce gîte ! Intérieur propre et agréable ! L'extérieur est magnifique, arborer et entretenu avec soin et passion. De plus le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la région.
