「A beautiful resort where all the staff are friendly, helpful and make your stay wonderful. The food variety, taste and freshness is amazing. All the grounds are spotless and the pools glistening. A quieter resort which was nicer for us than other holidays, so the music isn’t overwhelming but offers enough entertainment to keep the little kids and aquafit goers happy! We would go again and it’s only 15 mins from the biggest waterpark in the world Siam Park. Couldn’t fault it. Thanks Barceló...

「Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.」

「Would 100% stay here again! We did 4 nights and upon check-in we were offered the crown services package, an extra €20 per person per night for unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, own private area and late check-out. It was a no brainer and 100% worth it. Staff were amazing, food was great, hotel immaculate! Loved the fact that it was adults only too, super relaxing break and we will definitely book again!」

But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. 「The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Although situated on the coast, the beach was three minutes walk away, it wasn’t exclusive to the hotel. The food was very disappointing, too much thought on the presenting of the dish but the taste didn’t match up!. Breakfast was the best meal. Limited choice of wines, especially new world wines. In my opinion not worth the extra cost of the prestige rooms. I loved the Porte cockerel to the hotel and reception area, quite luxurious!.」
