Chuck at the front desk has a terrible attitude and treats people like garbage! The owner is very ignorant of faithful customers that have stayed there! Only plus there is Sam the hotel manager. He gets it and treats people with respect! B

Chuck at the front check in desk is rude and arrogant! I gave them my business for over 2 years only to be told I couldn’t come back again. Not my fault that I ended up in the hospital and couldn’t keep my reservations. Supposedly you have to cancel by 6pm the day before, otherwise the hotel cancels them for you. Sam the hotel manager is very well aware of that policy! They never canceled my reservations while I was in the hospital for 16 days and told me I owed money for not staying there. The owner of the hotel is very ignorant when it comes to faithful customers who stay there all the time! I had to sleep on the sidewalk for 2 nights because Chuck said without my DL I couldn’t stay there! What a nightmare and joke that was! I’m very disappointed in that hotel ! At least respect the faithful customers like me ! I guess the owner doesn’t give a rats ass about people and the people that make him money! Whatever! BTW, that whole deal about having to check out before 30 days so you don’t have to pay resident charges is BS! That is so against the Hotel Management Laws and could be very costly for the owner. There are people that are staying there way past 30 days especially the guy that drives the blue Toyota truck. He never has to leave! Why???! Whatever 3rd Ave Inn!

The room was clean. The exterior looked taken care of. The only downfall was the walls were thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors. But otherwise it was a good deal. I could stay there again.

Everything was clean and quiet. What was upsetting was that I had to take a really cold shower early in the morning. I called the front desk and they said they were going to check it out but I don’t think they did anything since it was still very cold. Other than that it was very clean and peaceful.

Minuscule chambre équipée d'un mobilier complètement défraichi, peu de wifi. Le micro-ondes était rouillé à l'intérieur et scotché pour maintenir l'extérieur : inutilisable !!! Le frigo était très vétuste et rouillé lui aussi à l'extérieur. La salle de bain était utilisable mais il y régnait une mauvaise odeur et des traces de moisissures étaient présentes sur le haut des murs et autour de la baignoire. L'encadrement du lit était en métal et grinçait au moindre mouvement. Hôtel à fuir à tout prix !!!!

Great property and great people running it but it's a really crappy place for parking because it seems like multiple rooms have multiple vehicles so you don't have a place to park and have to go find a spot on the street or double park
