Chuck at the front check in desk is rude and arrogant! I gave them my business for over 2 years only to be told I couldn’t come back again. Not my fault that I ended up in the hospital and couldn’t keep my reservations. Supposedly you have to cancel by 6pm the day before, otherwise the hotel cancels them for you. Sam the hotel manager is very well aware of that policy! They never canceled my reservations while I was in the hospital for 16 days and told me I owed money for not staying there. The owner of the hotel is very ignorant when it comes to faithful customers who stay there all the time! I had to sleep on the sidewalk for 2 nights because Chuck said without my DL I couldn’t stay there! What a nightmare and joke that was! I’m very disappointed in that hotel ! At least respect the faithful customers like me ! I guess the owner doesn’t give a rats ass about people and the people that make him money! Whatever! BTW, that whole deal about having to check out before 30 days so you don’t have to pay resident charges is BS! That is so against the Hotel Management Laws and could be very costly for the owner. There are people that are staying there way past 30 days especially the guy that drives the blue Toyota truck. He never has to leave! Why???! Whatever 3rd Ave Inn!
