"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"Podía haber estado más limpio, faltaba un tostador en la cocina, en el baño no había ni una sola estantería o colgador para colgar una toalla, en el salón el mueble tenía polvo y los colchones estaban algo sucios, no nos dieron ni un protector para el colchón. La salida era antes de las 10 de la mañana, demasiado pronto para mi gusto"
