Property is an easy 35 minute drive from airport. We arrived with Roxanna to greet us and since she does not speak English, we got to use our Spanish right away. Her daughter is also lovely and helpful. There are 3 separate rooms, all with multiple beds and I could see this property being used for a big family gathering. The upstairs room has a fantastic view of both the ocean and the pool. The beach is great, beautiful soft sand and we played in the waves. There are lifeguards on the beach, which was not crowded. The pool is larger than expected and my nephew stayed in it for hours. We did not use the little outdoor kitchen, but instead ordered food from a restaurant which Roxanna delivered to us. We never left the compound. It was wonderful. The Grocery store is close. Roxanna was worried we would get lost on our way out. We were stopping for groceries and she offered to come with us, but it's on the main road as we drove out of town. It is very much a beach house with stone floors, local fishernen and horses on the beach. Also, the owner was very effecient when his VRBO account had an issue and he contacted me to ensure everything was okay. I really appreciated that. Loved our stay here. Wish we'd stayed longer.
