We had a fantastic stay at OKU Andalusia and would happily return. The room was beautiful, spacious and very well designed, with a luxurious feel throughout. The service was exceptional from start to finish – every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options, including freshly prepared dishes, fresh fruit, pastries and great coffee. The choice of pools and facilities was also superb, giving plenty of options whether you wanted to relax or enjoy the beach. The only area that could be improved was the lunch menu at the beach club. We felt the selection was a little limited, and some of the prices were on the expensive side for what was offered.

We had a very nice roof terrace room looking out to beautiful country side, a sea view and views of the rock of Gibraltar. The terrace was beautifully furnished. Unfortunately the actual room was quite small for a premium priced room. Not enough space for 2 chairs, just a small, uncomfortable desk chair. Food in the several restaurants was excellent. Memorable quality breakfast breakfast.

Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend.

Leider hatten wir einen Defekt an der Klimaanlage und mussten nach vielen Chats ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Als neues Zimmer haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen mit schöner Terrasse, leider auch mit Mängeln behaftet. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass der Türkontakt eine Fehlermeldung auf dem Display der Klimaanlage anzeigte und diese nicht funktionierte. Nach erneuter Fehlermeldung und Einsatzes der Techniker funktionierte dies halbwegs, dann auf einmal roch es aus der Lüftungsanlage sehr unangenehm. Entweder hatten wir sehr viel Pech oder es muss noch einiges ausgebessert werden. Eine Kompensation haben wir leider nicht bekommen, obwohl ich diese eingefordert habe.

Das Hotel war zu unserer Ankunft noch nicht fertiggestellt - der Strandabschnitt hat gefehlt und einige Bereiche, wie zum Beispiel im Spa Bereich, haben die Sauna 5 von 6 Tagen nicht funktioniert. Die Musik an den Pools war mir persönlich etwas zu laut und das Essen am Pool und auch in den Restaurants überteuert. Auch aus teuern Hotels kenne ich es nicht dass ein Sandwich ~30 € kostet. Die Essensauswahl per se ist meiner Meinung sehr limitiert gewesen

The perfect holiday

There is a certain poverty of words when trying to describe something truly special, but I will try my best! My stay at OKU Andalusia exceeded every expectation, and then reached even further! What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is. Yes, the curated style and design are absolutely stunning, but the true beauty of this place lies beyond the aesthetics - it’s in the ambiance, its energy, and above all, the people. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture. For 6 nights, I had the privilege of calling this place home. To leave OKU Andalusia felt almost like a comedown from ecstasy. The bittersweet ache of stepping out of a euphoric world and re-entering the mundane - this is how intoxicating the experience was. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace! Aufenthalt im OKU Andalusia und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service – das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das absolute Highlight war das Frühstück. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber ein so hochwertiges, vielfältiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön, die Liegen sehr bequem und die gesamte Anlage äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und kostenloses Wasser wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie und waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Lediglich die Flure wirken im Vergleich zum restlichen Resort etwas weniger luxuriös – aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und der Wellnessbereich hat uns gefallen. Schade war nur, dass das Dampfbad an beiden Tagen außer Betrieb war. Bei dieser Preisklasse sollte das eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste, aber die traumhafte Poollandschaft macht das mehr als wett. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Luxusresort mit tollem Service und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Klare 5 Sterne – wir kommen gerne wieder! Ach ja und mehrsprachiges Resort, auch klasse!👍

Lovely beach location, The rooms and surroundings were very clean. There's a Padel, tennis and football court onsite. The kids club had lots of activities and an outdoor play / swimming area. Food was also great and staff were very kind. Will definitely return.

Staff very helpful and friendly, bedroom (with roof terrace) was great, esp as roof terrace gave us private sunbathing space. Hotel restaurants are very over-priced, even compared to brilliant michelin chef restaurant in nearby Sotogrande (a drive away): Cortijo Santa Maria 1962, which I highly recommend. Music is far far too loud in the lounge area and by the pools. Spoils what would otherwise be a great hotel. Breakfasts are fantastic, as well as cooked, there's an array or yoghurts, nuts and fruit, plus cakes galore, should you crave sugar first thing, and cava and bloody mary's.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt im Oku Hotel Andalusien! Die Atmosphäre und Ausstattung sind einfach unglaublich – jedes Detail ist mit so viel Stil und Liebe gestaltet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Der Service ist durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln da, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass man trotz Familien und Kindern nie das Gefühl hat, dass es laut oder unruhig ist – im Gegenteil: Das gesamte Ambiente ist ruhig, entspannt und perfekt, um einfach abzuschalten. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung! 🌴✨
