I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. 「We loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a neat place. Literally has trees growing through it. Slightly challenging to find, but Filipe was so wonderful with getting us there and really gave us so much extra help! What a kind and super helpful host.
