「This condo is located just a block or so off the beach in Ocean Beach. The rental is well appointed with just about anything you may need for your beach trip/stay - which we appreciated since we were traveling with our young son from the East Coast. Communication was great with the owner - we did have to reach out to the property manager for the garbage code, he was responsive. Would've given 5 stars overall but the condo rules were a tad overwhelming...additional charges for sand in the shower...

「Great stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out. Local to everything, we walked to the beach and to restaurants. Took an Uber for everywhere else we went. The locals in the neighborhood were great. Made some friends. 「We were allowed a late check in due to travel restrictions. Unit is exactly located as advertised. Everything we planned to do was within 20-30 minutes away. Parking was fine. Beds were firm and in acceptable conditions. Back yard was great, neighbors were mostly quiet. We would stay here again. 」

「Safety was a concern for me. The outside gate didn’t lock and it was very loud in the evening. The windows are very thin and on the last night I heard a bottle being smashed on the concrete that woke me out of my sleep. I’m not sure I would stay here again. 」
