Air-conditioned villa with heated pool for 9 people

New villa, air-conditioned, wifi internet with pool secured by a shutter and enclosed garden in progress, located a few steps from the center of the Provencal village of La Motte en Provence. 15% discount on the week of July 13 to 20 and that of August 24 to 31. Very calm environment, superb view on the rock of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, interior any comfort. Ideal rental for families with children. It has a large room with a kitchen and bar, a dining room and a lounge with TV with a nice view of the pool.
This villa has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with private bathroom and dressing room and a double bed of 1. 60m and 2 other bedrooms, one with double bed of 1. 60m and the other with 2 single beds. It also includes a large bathroom with shower, bath and 2 basins and 2 separate toilets.
Facilities: air conditioning, table and 8 outdoor chairs, barbecue, sunbeds with umbrellas, free wifi internet, large garden in progress, petanque, indoor parking for 4 cars, baby chair and cot.
Sheets and towels are optional for 15 euros per person and end of rental cleaning is optional for 140 euros per rental from September to the end of June and sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in July and August . The
 La Motte village has a mini market, two restaurants including Alexandra, the estaminet where are organized every Friday evenings with a musical group, many wine cellars.
La Motte is at the gates of the Verdon Gorge and pennafort for great walks. It is located 30 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime and Saint-Raphael, 10 kms from the station Ars sur Argens and 6 kms from the motorway (toll muy). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Wir hatten zu viert mit Hund eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund perfekt war. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The home is absolutely lovely! It is super clean and elegant. We could not have asked for a better stay. Will return for sure! Also, LA Motte is a very cute little town. If you'd like to experience living in Provence among vineyards, look no further.

This is a lovely villa, very well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 8.Very clean and the air conditioning a needed bonus.The only criticism I have is that the sunbeds were a little worn in places, one was split and unusable, and the directions to the villa could have been a bit more detailed with a name and or house number, and you need to be told to go to the very end of the lane, but we had a lovely holiday in this villa and would use again.

Erholung pur, sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Nach einer staureichen Anreise wurde wir von der sehr netten Vermieterin liebevoll empfangen. Sie hat auch zwischendurch aufkommende Fragen immer sofort und sehr ausführlich beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir waren mit 2 Familien, 3 Teenagern und einem jungen Erwachsenen hier und alle haben wir die 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Hündin hat den Aufenthalt in der voll klimatisierten Villa sehr genossen. Bei Außentemperaturen von bis zu 36 Grad waren Klimaanlage und der Pool, der sowohl zum Schwimmen als auch zum Spielen und Relaxen einlädt einfach großartig!

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Leider ist der Titel des Inserates irreführend, da die Villa keinesfalls mehr als neu zu bezeichnen ist. Leider spiegelt sich dies auch bei einigen Gegenständen wieder wie z. B. den Liegen, diese sind so durchgelegen, dass man direkt auf den Metallstreben liegt, Auflagen gibt es nicht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut durchdacht, die Betten sind gut, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings müssten einige Dinge mal grundgereinigt werden, wie z. B. die Schubladen in der Küche. Auch im Bad haben wir in der Schublade einen nicht gereinigten Spiegel und die Haare des Vorgängers vorgefunden. Die größte Katastrophe war allerdings die Anreise, denn leider ist die Adresse nicht korrekt bei Fewo-Direkt hinterlegt und wir standen dann vor dem falschen Haus und erst rumfragen in der Nachbarschaft durch zeigen des Bildes führte uns dann nach 2-stündiger Suche zum richtigen Haus. Leider war die Ansprechpartnerin zu dieser Zeit weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail erreichbar. Wir wurden dann später informiert, dass sich die Adresse erst Anfang des Jahres geändert hätte. Ja, wie jetzt, es war September, man hätte also wirklich Zeit genug gehabt, dies mal anzupassen. Der Garten ist in keinem schönen Zustand und wirkt sehr ungepflegt, die Bepflanzung ist eher spärlich. Leider mussten wir einige Dinge bemängeln, die nicht funktionierten, dies wurde aber am nächsten Tag gelöst.

Lovely Villa with air con and pool

Lovely holiday accommodation and we were pleased that property had efficient air con due to our stay being in the summer! Beds very comfortable! Communication with host good! Pool and surrounding area kept well and bbq well equipped. We ate in local restaurants and they were excellent! Location good for visiting other areas. Fireworks in Port de Fréjus on Monday evening were amazing!

Très beau sejour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cette très belle maison. Elle est moderne, bien entretenue, bien équipée et agencée avec goût. Le jardin est clos et la piscine est chauffée mais réservée aux nageurs. L’environnement est calme. Nous sommes venue avec nos deux chiens qui ont apprécié tout comme nous ce séjour. Nathalie est une hôte sympathique et agréable. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Cozy Villa in quiet location

We have really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. A bit far from the sea but ideal as starting point for sightseeing. It is superbly equipped. Beside the modern and functional furnishing, the large dining table and a comfortable seating-set (as well on the terrace and in the living room) you will find a gas grill, table tennis an a huge garden with a fence all around (important if you are travelling with a dog). But the hightlight was of course the heated pool. We can fully recommend the villa !

Een heerlijk huis met een zeer fijn zwembad

Een heerlijk groot huis met een fijn zwembad. Veel wijnproeverijen in de omgeving, het strand op prima rijafstand. Grote supermarkt ongeveer op 10km afstand. Lekkere bakkerij in het dorp. Het enige minpunt wat wij kunnen bedenken is dat huis gehorig is. Voor de rest is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben erg genoten. Bedankt Nathalie.

Fantastic Villa

We loved this villa . The house was immaculate, the swimming pool was large clean and warm, the location was great for exploring with easy access to the village and seaside resorts. The contact with the owners was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

It is a lovely home with airconditioning in every room!

We were 2 families with 5 adults and 4 children from 1-14 and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, the airconditioning in all the bedrooms and living area and the bbq! The communication with Nathalie was quick and easy even though we do not speak French, but with the help of a Google translate we understood each other. The location is good with access to some nice towns. The last 5 minutes are a little challenging with some dirt roads, which are a little tight, but it is manageable. We did notice some of the umbrellas around the pool were broken and there was some dog hair on the beds and floor. We had an adult with allergies so that’s why noticed, otherwise a clean house and there are some supplies to maintain the house clean in case you stay for more days. There are some basic condiments like oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. We bought trashbags and we brought our own cleaning cloth, other than that the house comes with some basic supplies like tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a lovely house in a lovely setting!
