Insgesamt war es einfach toll! Und auch wenn es angeblich nur 3 Sterne sein sollen - das ist totaler Quatsch! Das Hotel hat deutlich mehr verdient! Nur weil die Rezeption keine 24h besetzt ist… Die Appartements waren sauber, neu renoviert, dass Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker! Das Servicepersonal war einfach klasse! Super lieb und aufmerksam. Immer lustig und total aufgeschlossen und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Und hat gerade die Lage etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen - Erholung pur.

I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed.

Great week away for winter sun.

Amazing stay last week. Staff were very friendly. All areas were very clean. One thing you always worry about with all inclusive is the food and I can say it was amazing. Every night a different theme night and all really good standard.

Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months. The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). Food choice was good and the setting is lovely
