Light-Flooded Apartment “2 Dormitorios” with Terrace & Shared Pool

Located in El Cotillo, the first-floor apartment “2 Dormitorios” is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The light-flooded property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. There is also a shared laundry room, which is available for your use. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a baby cot. Your private covered terrace invites you to start your day here with a warm cup of coffee. Furthermore, there is also a shared pool on the open rooftop terrace, from where you will have beautiful views of the sea, as well as a a bathroom and garden furniture. There is also a common area in reception with books, snacks and coffee. Upon request a cradle, a highchair, an iron as well as a hairdryer can be provided.

Thanks to the excellent location, a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets can be reached in less than 5-minutes on foot. Playa del Muellito beach also awaits your visit a mere 2 minutes away on foot (190 m).



Parking places are available on the street.

An extra, small bed can be provided upon request for an extra fee.
