「The hallways smelled like cat urine. There was cigarette ashes inside the room by the window and the room smelled like cigarettes.」

「Host was great as well as property. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Had a bit of an issue getting into the front door (passcode) but host was available to help. Location was great if going to beach or to the bigger attractions in Anaheim. I would book again :-D thank you!」

「We had a good time visiting the area & theme parks with 3 of our grandkids. We had plenty of space in the house for the 5 of us. Loved being able to do laundry along the way! Owner provided laundry soap, DW soap (I tend to forget to bring that!!), shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Nice touch to have that provided—Thank you Updated floors & counter tops—very nice (& clean). The double/twin bunk was great for the kids (& they said it was comfortable). The streaming channels were easy to use on...

「The king-size bed felt roomy and comfortable.」

「Perfect for our needs. Clean, above and beyond details. Will definitely stay here again」

「Would book again without hesitation given how calm the room was at night. We noticed the double king-size beds offered plenty of space for two people plus there was a fridge to store snacks easily within reach.」

「Clean, cozy, convenient. No lobby, just a self check-in.」

「Great location. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Parking is tough but we used Lyft so no impact to us. The location was as described and definitely suited our needs. Would recommend」

「Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA.」

「It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

「Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again.」

「Internet was strong enough to finish all my work without any hassle or slowdowns.」

「Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」
