The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)! 「As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. 「We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant.」
