“Room was clean, beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurants near by. Parking was good. Short walk to the river. Near downtown Durango; lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thanks”

“I booked the hostel room. It started with a rude and impatient receptionist that was more busy running around vaping than trying to help. When I did ask for help she said she is not a manager and can't help me and was just impatient and rude. As for the room... You get some linen to cover your bed. There is a sheet and then some sort of quilt (not an actual blanket or comforter) that is so smooth that it never stays on the actual sheet. I could not stay covered with that thing and was cold……

“Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed.”
