“The place was pretty dirty, every bed had stained/dirty sheets, the kitchen cabinets weren’t cleaned or wiped down from the previous guests, the game room in the garage smelled like smoke which wasn’t an issue but almost everything displayed in the pictures that was in the game room was either broken/not working. “It was spacious with two nice size en-suite rooms/bathrooms and a pull out bed couch. We got a kick out of the swing, kinda fun when you first arrive. About a 5 minute drive to NGR stadium. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. Would recommend for the price. Side note- not many towels or cups. Maybe want to bring your own. But a few coffee mugs and keurig pods provided was very nice.”

“This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station.
