"Our second time to stay here. Everything about this hotel is so nice - friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean, well-appointed and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, nice complimentary breakfast. We will stay here again. "

"Quiet neighborhood and very good location. Bedrooms and baths were clean but trash was not emptied in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was borderline: Greasy countertops and appliances, windows and tables had dust, greasy fingerprints and dried food. Fridge was not very clean either. Little cleaning products available too (no windex with 3 glass tables!) and the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Floors were sticky. The house and outdoors overall are cute but could use a bit of TLC. No functioning lights outside by the pool. The tenant cannot change the AC temperature which is controlled by the property manager which is very unusual in a rental. We recommend you get a new property manager or cleaning crew it would make the experience a nicer one!"
