Great location!
Enjoyed our stay and being so close to old town La Quinta. Listing is exactly as described, comfortable bed and nice accommodations. Walking distance to Old Town with great shops, restaurants and farmers market on Sunday. Trails close by, and mostly quiet area. Pool and hot tub were nice, well maintained.

Wonderful little getaway!
Had a great time in La Quinta! No complaints here as this place had everything and the best part was no one was in the pool and spa each day! Very quiet at night and nice black out curtains in the large bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed also.
We went for the PowerTrip festival and it was nice and close to the polo fields. I'm sure the area is busier during the Coachella/Stagecoach weekends but for us it was just perfect.
Will definitely book again if we ever need to come back to the area :)

Lovely condo
This is a very lovely one bedroom condo within a 3 minute walk to old town la quinta. It’s spacious with a nice eat in kichen large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Plenty of closet space too. Minor issues: the air conditioning won’t go any cooler than 72 degrees, the television required the maintenance staff to figure out its use as the instructions were not right, and the bathtub needs a workable plug. Overall it was a great place to land for a week away.
