Villa garden level, cool and quiet, sandy beach 3' walk!
Ideal for 2 people, this ground floor apartment of a 1930s villa is located in the peaceful Mar Vivo neighborhood, at the end of the large beach of Les Sablettes, a year-round seaside resort in La Seyne-sur-Mer, between Sanary-Bandol and Toulon-Hyères. Accessible by TGV train from Toulon station - boat or taxi to Les Sablettes in 20 minutes!
The accommodation, naturally very cool thanks to its stone walls, consists of a bedroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet, a cozy living room, a fully equipped Provençal kitchen, two sheltered terraces, and a shaded garden with no overlooked views. Free parking. The entrance, terraces, and garden are separate.
On the south side, the bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an ultra-quiet ceiling fan, opens onto a terrace protected by a straw hut for relaxing after the beach. On the west side, the kitchen opens onto a sheltered terrace lined with exotic trees, with a large table and a plancha grill. The living room, opening onto the shaded garden, has a comfortable sofa and a table for eating, browsing, or reading (magazines and books are available).
Welcome breakfast tray for the first night.
We provide sheets (bed made), duvet, blanket, throws, and towels, depending on the season. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, plancha grill (terrace), etc. Fiberglass internet access.
The beaches, restaurants, and all shops are within walking distance! In the center of the village of Les Sablettes, visit the Provençal market every Friday morning and the night market every summer evening. On the local oyster farmers' pontoon, come and taste their delicious and famous Tamaris oysters and mussels. Also on site, divers can explore some reefs and wrecks around the Ile des Deux Frères, and the nautical club offers a few surface activities. Hikers can follow the coastal path or venture into the Janas Forest and climb up to Le Mai, where they admire the panoramic view of the bay. And of course, pétanque... and why not join the few amateur fishermen on the Corniche!
