"Very friendly staff upon check in. Hotel was just a very short walk from train station. Hotel room was hot but we were able to open a window to cool it off! The AC was not turned on for the season yet! We took a short walk to find a nice little shopping area with a few restaraunts. Someone tried to get into our room early evening but we had the internal lock on, thank goodness. It was kind of strange! "

"Hotel is very nice however Transportation it’s no very accessible. The closest metro it’s 15 to 20 minutes walk 40 to 50 minutes away to the main attraction like Duomo di Milan "

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."

"Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building. Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why). But overall was good, we would stay again. Canadian couple in for the winter games. "
