Great property and wonderful service by Elisa and Simone. The rooms were professionally updated, decorated and spacious. All necessary amenities were included. Elisa and Simone were always available and ensured our stay was satisfactory. We will definitely come back on our next visit to La spezia. It was a pleasure to stay in Elise and Simone’s guesthouse. They went out of their way to make us welcome, helping with bookings, directions. The palazzo is grand and extremely convenient for station. We were travelling by train. Incidentally, the carrefour nearby has a great gluten free selection.

Perfect location, super comfy, hosts thought of everything; and they were so friendly, accommodating and cordial. Super short, flat walk from train station, and right on edge with of old town. I would most definitely stay here again!!

This is a unique hotel in a nice location. So many dining options nearby. Safe area. The room was cute and comfortable. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Very easy to explore the cinque Terre from this location.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished review for you: ⸻ We had a fantastic stay at Affittacamere Golfo 5 Terre! The location is incredibly convenient, just a three-minute walk from the train station, which made our trip from Florence and our visits to the Cinque Terre villages super easy. Even though it’s right in the center of La Spezia, once you close the window panels, the room is surprisingly quiet. Light sleepers might still want earplugs, but overall, it was very comfortable. The hosts were absolutely amazing and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with any information or assistance we needed. There are fantastic dining options nearby, including a lovely breakfast spot right next door. The B&B is on the third floor, but there’s a small elevator if you prefer not to take the stairs. Plus, a stroll through the city center leads you to a beautiful boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants, and easy access to the marina for ferries and tours. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A big thank you Elisa & Simone for everything! Grazie Mille!

Very friendly, Elisa met us in the plaza and took us to check in and gave us good information for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The property had everything we needed, a great central location just a few minutes walk from the station, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a nice hot shower.

The owners treated us like family, they where very attentive and offered us coffee, chocolates and even gave us a bottle of red wine as a welcome present. They were constantly checking if we needed anything and even sent info on the ferry and other info about visiting the area. The room was very nice on a historic building but also very well maintained and clean. I would recommend staying here and I would stay there again any time.

Very convenient location near central train station and the town center. We were greeted by Elisa at the appointed time.
