A beautiful entrance leads to a stunning, light-filled living area facing the sea, with a view of the Banc d’Arguin. This space includes a large dining table, a lovely living room, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator offering fresh water and ice cubes.
On the same level, you can enjoy a relaxation room with a reading lounge featuring a fireplace, a superb billiard table, and a majestic library where the owner shares her incredible book collection.
Upper Level - Garden Side:
- 1 suite with a 140 cm bed, a children’s dormitory area with a bunk bed, closets, and a bathroom with a toilet, ideal for a family.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, its own bathroom, and a closet.
- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds, its own shower room, and a closet.
- 1 bedroom entirely dedicated to children, consisting of 4 single beds (2 x 90 cm beds and a bunk bed) with a bathroom.
Upper Level - Sea View:
- 1 master suite with a 160 cm bed and its own bathroom (bathtub + shower and double sink). This suite opens onto one of the main terraces with a sea view and also provides access to the villa’s first floor, which includes an office and relaxation area with a breathtaking view.
Villa Basement:
- A relaxation/TV room with a large sofa for movie nights.
- A laundry room with a washer and dryer. This basement has an independent entrance on the side of the house.

A bank imprint of €4200 will be required for the rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your credit card usage limits. Within 7 days of your departure, provided the general rental conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
