Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room / dining room opening onto the south-facing terrace and the garden; also a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, toilets; A master suite with a queen-size bed, closet, and a living room area with a 90-cm sofa. You'll also have access to a separate studio with a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a sleeping area with a 140-cm bed and a chest of drawers. The exterior features a north-east-facing balcony off the kitchen, a large balcony terrace extending from the living room and the master suite, and a wooden terrace extending from the small studio and the downstairs bedroom.
