「Very convenient & helpful stuff 」

「The proximity to the beach and the property itself appeared fine. Our issue was that, even though we had a confirmed booking with credit card charge, the hotel did not have our room available when we arrived. In fact they were sold out for more than a week yet still showed available rooms on hotels.com. We really wanted to stay with this hotel but instead had to spend our evening searching for an alternative accomodation. For the benefit of doubt, I assume that this was merely a 'technical...

「The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit.」
