The thing that stood out the most was the nice staff that was helpful. When checking in they seen me and my family struggling and offered their help without me asking . The staff help in every situation that they seen that they could help they helped and offer themselves to help .

First time in El Salvador

Wonderful and friendly staff, we booked this hotel randomly but it was a perfect opportunity to see the area. Very beautiful property and they have great food. Very affordable and very clean rooms.

Great view of the ocean from the property & nice pool. Clean rooms but definitely needs an updating of the bathroom & doors. Too many cracks & spaces for bugs to come in. Food from the all inclusive menu is just ok but the regular menu was great. The staff is very kind & friendly. Had a great time there!

This is a really beautiful place. They have different areas where you can enjoy rest and see the beautiful coast. They have friendly staff everywhere. And the rooms are clean and with a nice view.

When we arrived to the property, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. We did not cancel our reservation. The property itself is older but okay, and the staff are very nice as well. Not sure. I would recommend staying here. The food in the buffet is okay at best and very over priced. They got us a room, not the room re had reserved, it was a very small room to say the least, no room for luggage. That said it's El Salvado.

Great value for beachfront all inclusive

This hotel was a nice welcome to El Salvador. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The fried fish dinner was excellent. Amazing to have such a delightful all-inclusive experience steps from the Pacific Ocean. Only downside was that the balcony door didn't lock, which was disconcerting. Also, the room was a bit run down, could definitely use some updating. Otherwise, a pleasant stay

The woman at the reception check in was extremely rude. She was bothered by any questions was asked her. Do not stay at this hotel if you plan on going to the beach. It is completely covered in jagged rock with dangerous waves.

Staff was amazing and sweet! Pools can use a bit more attention and the all inclusive package is not as wide in variety and not really worth the extra you pay for it. It seems like everything is shut down by 9:00PM so no ambiance or anything by like 8:00 PM honestly.

They did not provide shower soap or shampoo. The food was not good, and customer service was poor. The physical condition of the property was dirty and very worn down. Chairs were dirty as well the food trays. Overall, very poor experience. I definitely will not comeback or refer anyone.
