"Our main goal this summer was to go off the grid, relax and enjoy the quiet. This area will help to achieve that for sure. The house and beautifull garden gives you the tranquility. In the house you will find everything you basically need, aswell in the garden department. We haven’t used the cano, but there is one! And if you are lucky you will see the otter that lives right next to the garden. If you like to hike there are a lot of beautifull routes nearby."

"Idyllic French farmhouse with a nice garden and a pool. We were there for a week, nice people and a very good bakery - with the best croissants, not far away. The landlady is nice and helpful. We would love to come back again."

"Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture."

"We were in Champlitte for a week at the end of August 2023. The welcome at the accommodation was very friendly. Everything was very well prepared. We received all the necessary explanations and supplementary information for our stay. The accommodation is very spacious. "Patrick is a very welcoming host but the inside of the property is looking tired and in need of a major declutter, redecoration and a deep clean. The outside space and pool are great. The bedding and towels provided were well used and did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay cash for the linen even though we had prepaid for this via Novasol. This dispute meant our departure was more stressful than necessary."

"This motel-style place is quite worn and in need of re-furbishment. August- restaurant closed but bar drinks available! Sitting on the terrace was like sitting in a dirty ashtray- smelled terrible. Room was basic but bed was clean. Reception on arrival very helpful. Unfortunately in the morning area smelled of cannabis. Would not stay here again "

"Don't stay at this hotel! We chose this place because we wanted a little more comfort, even though there's a cheaper option right next door. We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!). "

"Sleep ruined by constant banging and opening of door rooms and young men talking loudly and going into each others there rooms . They need to have a night manager as I eventually lost my temper at 11.30 Pm on a Monday night . Walls were also very thin . I do not recommend the place "
