“Scott was an excellent host. The property is absolutely gorgeous and was great for the family. I would absolutely stay there again and look forward to planning my next trip.”

“The place is as described in the listing. Perfect spot for our family of 4, 2 blocks from the st Charles streetcar line. Walkable to Tulane and Audubon Park, but it's a hike, and no fun in a summer thunderstorm! The backyard pool is small but perfect for a refresher. Don't wear socks on the steps. ”

“This is a great place to fish and be comfortable. We had our family from Hammond come out and visit and fish before the holidays. It was very comfy and felt like home. The fishing access was perfect, right out the door, right off the dock. Beautiful scenic days and nights, loved the outside lighting on the dock and stairs. ”

“We had a lovely time in New Orleans. The home was clean and well stocked. It was within walking distance of the streetcar and many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. ”

Also a truly impressively stocked fridge and kitchen—it says so much about a host’s unprompted thoughtfulness to find a full assortment of cold drinks at the end of a long day of travel when you land in a new city. Highly recommended. ”

“This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal.”
