Major-league holiday!

Lovely house with a great view. Nice pool and comes with a EV charger which is very handy in Croatia. We really enjoyed our time here!

Glorious residence!

We had a great time at Villa soleil - amazing view of the ocean and nice treks and mountain biking trails just nearby - possible to walk to nearest town if you like trekking - EV charger a huge plus

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Beautiful place to visit and exactly as per the photos on the listings. The views were just incredible and so lovely to wake up to every day. Very modern villa with very good amenities and great value for money. Three double bedrooms were perfect for us and two teenagers. The villa is quite remote and the roads to the villa were narrow and challenging, but you soon get used to them. The pool was stunning, but would recommend paying extra for it to be heated as it just made it that bit more comfortable at the end of August. Nearby there is Labin and Rabac which had some great lovely restaurants. Francesco and his team were amazing and very attentive. From the flexible check in and our lovely welcome to all the useful information the team were great. Even when the boiler stopped working a plumber was around within hours to fix it.

Alles ganz schön. Außer. dass der Besitzer das Haus mit alten/fake Fotos bewirbt. Wir wollten unbedingt keine Nachbarn links und Rechts, aber die Fotos sind falsch. Es befinden sich neue Häußer links und rechts von dem Miethaus. Es ist alles sehr laut und man fühlt sich seht beobachtet (wenig privatsphäre). Man sieht vom Haus das Meer - ABER die Anfahrt dauert 20-25 Minuten was etwas lange ist. Leider gabs 2 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser :-(. Sonst schön - aber nicht nocheinmal würden wir hier buchen. Es sollten dringend neue Fotos gemacht werden. Ich hänge ein aktuelles Foto aus Google Streetview dazu um den Unterschied zu zeigen. Wir haben dem Besitzer schon geschrieben, dass er die Fotos ändern muss, aber noch keine Antwort erhalten.....

Hat alles soweit gepasst, gab hin und wieder Technische Probleme die aber gelöst werden konnten. Insgesamt ist die Aussicht und einrichtung wunderschön.

Modernes Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen. Das Haus ist groß und modern eingerichtet mit Blick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Inseln. Bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel erhielten wir einige Tipps und Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegener und man fährt 10 Minuten nach Labin. Dadurch ist es ruhig und der Pool lädt ein auch mal einen Tag im Haus zu verbringen statt an einen Strand zu fahren.

Special place!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Einziges Manko, war dass das Haus sehr abgelegen ist und daher nur eine Art Feldweg zum Haus führt außerdem finden in der Umgebung Bauarbeiten statt. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen!

Glorious residence!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Villa! Die Kommunikation mit unseren Ansprechpartnern Jelena im Vorfeld und Edi während unseres Aufenthalts war super nett und unkompliziert! Der Meerblick und die Ruhe dort waren unschlagbar. Der Pool war ein Traum! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub dort!
