因為我們總共預訂了7間房，共13位客人，行李也不少，我在櫃檯詢問機場接駁很多次，始終沒有解決提早到機場以及確保我們都能及時趕抵機場的問題，最後還是只能選擇自己叫外面的接駁車。

Nice clean room with a great view. We stayed to be near the port for our diving LiveAboard, and the location was excellent. Close to some shops. Food and service at restaurant was great.

The hotel could use a better bar. The bar has a great setting on the 7th floor, but was uninviting and didn’t live up to its potential. The restaurant on the 6th flr was a great breakfast and the staff were very responsive. I would stay here again

My second stay at the Meruorah, and just as good as the first. I had a sea view room this time, it’s well worth the upgrade, the view is beautiful although the boats can get a little noisy. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, the staff are very friendly and the included buffet breakfast caters for everyone, so much to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here, I hope I will return again some day.

Beautiful architecture and overall aesthetic of the facility … however our room frequently may smelled like sewage, the ac barely made the room cool past 25 degrees and we had to ask them to fix our minibar fridge 3 times to get one that was actually cold… and I mean colder than our room- the fridge was warmer than our room. There was only 7 chairs for the entire pool area which made it unappealing to sit out at the beautiful pool. Lots to do and very convenient location to the airport and the boat cruises and tours. Overall overpriced comparatively to other hotels in the area.

1. Superb view. From the pool deck. 2. Good location for the marina and excursions. 3. Nice pool and friendly staff in the restaurant. 4. Check in was frustrating as reception desk staff was unhelpful 5. No special Expedia premium welcoming 6. Restaurant food was ok but breakfast underwhelmed and dinner was only ok after we found out piecemeal that most of the items we ordered (ie almost all the steaks) were not available.

The hotel was very nice but it was expensive for what you get. Also from 4:30 to 5:30 the mosque prayer chanting started so I was awake the entire time, it was very loud. I recommend staying a bit out of the town so you don’t hear the mosque.

Great location, kind and attentive staff members. We enjoyed our stay. Little things were quickly remedied - our room didn’t have kettle, and no bath towels- we phoned reception and they sorted it straight away. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful hotel at the heart of Labuan Bajo. Super convenient for the port for trips to the national park. There are incredible views from the roof top pool and the food from the restaurant is also very good. The free transfers to the airport were great.
