"House was super clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, close to freeway and shopping yet in a super quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Super responsive host. Would stay again next time we are in the area. "

"Pool was empty so no access to pool or courtyard. Elevator repairmen on site very early and disruptive. Staff quickly moved me to quieter room on second day."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! The lobby/breakfast/bar area was very nice and inviting and the breakfast was nice and though not a hot buffet, it was a step above continental with waffles, egg and sausage patties for breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and toppings, fresh fruit, juice and cold cereal. Always kept clean and stocked. Our room was huge and very clean with an almost full sized fridge and kitchenette and lots of counter space. The bed was very comfortable too. The only things I would improve would be a bathroom door that closes instead of slides and more lighting on the counter area for doing hair and makeup. It also had a nice indoor pool which the kids loved but no hot tub (which we would have loved after a long day at Universal Studios;-) "

"The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Typical mid-range hotel breakfast; everything was fine. There is a supermarket across the street and there are lots of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. Steps away, I went to a Mediterranean restaurant (no one could agree which cuisine they meant) that had a comedy improv night. My only comment is that the rooms are not quite as nice as a those in nearby BW attached to a bowling alley. But the rates at this one are a little lower and it is on Ventura Blvd and close to highway exits. Balance your priorities."
