Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.」

「No servía la regadera, no había agua, el personal de recepción muy de mala gana, nos obligaron a pagar una cuna que no nos habían mencionado para pagar cuando hicimos la reservación y no utilizamos la cuna, la cafetera no servía, el baño es muy pequeño y no tenía división y al bañarse se moja todo el baño. 「Very quaint and historic property in the heart of Monnickedam. The room was lovely. Old world with modern fixtures. Just FYI, no elevator so request ground floor if you need to. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short walk to the bus that can take you to Volendam or Amsterdam within 20 minutes」

「We loved this hostel! The concept of it was SO charming, we loved all the little cabins/trailers/wagons. We stayed here for the Harry Styles concert at Johan Cruyff Arena and were able to walk to/from the show, which was great. Aside from the proximity to the arena, there really isn't anything else near this hostel, like not even food. The facilities and staff of the hostel are wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are specifically looking to be close to the arena, or...
