「Smooth check in experience and the room is spacious and spotless. I had a much better time than I have originally expected. Will recommend to family and friends.」

「Perfect location near West train station. Friendly staff Bianca, Alina, Serj and Karla. Lounge is great to relax after a busy day.」

「The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. 」

「Better than expected, everything is great! 」

The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing that ensured a restful sleep. The location was very convenient, close to the airport bus stop, train, and U-Bahn stations. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas were all within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The surroundings felt safe, providing a comfortable!」

「The room and facilities are good. This is also the only hotel providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that i stayed in Austria. The location is convenience but feel a little bit unsafe at night time. 」

「It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. Everything else was perfect, The shops and Mall nearby are great and getting to the center of Vienna is extremely easy. There is also a decent running trail pretty much just across the street.」
