“Overall the host/property management experience was very frustrating and well below expectation, but the property itself is wonderful.Three days before arrival, we were informed there would be active construction with heavy equipment on site during our stay. Given we booked months in advance, the lack of proactive communication—and refusal to offer a discount—felt unreasonable.
