「This charming Inn was just what we wanted, old world charm mixed with great accommodations. The food from breakfast to dinner was wonderful. The garden area was equally warm and inviting.」

「I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.」

「The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay.」

「Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent.」

「Friendly staff, comfortable clean beds, beds sockets, good shower, ground floor rooms with easy parking. The only downside was there was no food available due to awaiting a new chef fortunately I found out the day before so we didn’t just find out on check in also there was a catering van onsite in the evening we checked in.」

The staff are nice and professional. The gardener even has time to introduce me to the plant I am interested in. This shows how a professional team they are. 」

「The hotel is very tired, but the owners are trying to tidy it up and decorate. The facilities in the bedroom were poor, nowhere to hang clothes, curtains don't close tv didn't work. Having said that, it is only rated a 2 star and I will certainly stay again both for the quirkiness and the lovely staff.」

「The room was satisfactory. Could do with a thorough clean. I had no milk both days I stayed. Pub/restaurant was very nice. Staff were all friendly. 」

「Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!」
