Great condo townhouse in private setting. 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 8 people 4 adults 4 kids. Air conditioners in each room. Excellent outdoor space, yard and patio. Enjoy outdoor fire pit and gas grill. Short walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, Alton Bay beach and town docks. Restaurants, mini golf, Mt. Washington dock all within walking distance. Docks available for rent at Parker Marine about a 5 minute walk from the house.

Great vacation spot

This place is perfect for hanging and hitting the lake or just to relax by a fire on the patio. Great amenities and perfectly located to use as a base camp for the region.

Great place!

The condo is as seen in pictures and there were plenty of nice amenities. I worked a little and the wifi worked well. Very clean and the patio was really cute. Just a note on Alton beach, I incorrectly assumed it was a sand beach, which it isn’t. It’s more of a platform you can jump off of. There were tons of ice cream places within walking distance. Our favorite ice cream place ended up being the Winiput, surprisingly! We went three days in a row and enjoyed golfing there each time as well!

No Complaints

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived by how well stocked the house was . The kids were happy to find toys and board games. I was even surprised to find a baby gate in the closet so I didn't have to worry about the kids falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. They thought of everything you might need. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend.

We love the area! It’s right next to our Marina so with having 4 children it was amazing! We tried our best to clean up after ourselves but the vacuum did not pick up well. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable for us but other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great spot just off the Bay

We stayed here with 5 adults and it was more than comfortable. The house was clean and kitchen pots, pans, utensils fully stocked. The place is easily accessible to the nearby area but also tucked away to have quiet and privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Rental for Soulfest

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. If it my family perfect. It had a nice yard for my 3 year old to play in. It is on a quiet, dead end street. My older kids enjoyed making s'mores on the patio. My 20 year old enjoyed walking to the little town center that is down the street. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. Close to the Lake and activities but the quiet culture de sac was a great respite at night. Beautiful lawn for our grandson to play while we all relaxed on the patio. AC kept it cool on a really hot week. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet and relaxing!

The town home is located on a quiet cul de sac close to Alton Bay. There is a river or waterway within walking distance but we did not go to see it. For an event such as Soulfest, it is a great place to stay. Three of the queen beds and the two twin bunk beds feel very firm to the touch. Not sure if they are temperpedic mattresses. Even though they feel firm, they did not cause any discomfort to us. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room. We weren't fans of the memory foam mattresses, but we appreciate that others will love them. We were grateful for the washer and dryer as well as coffee and sugar. Thank you.
