「The entry door showed signs of having had a forced entry at some point. Part of the door and door jamb where missing and left about a 1"x2.5" hole / gap. The existing deadbolt / lock was secure but there was certainly a feeling that we were not in a safe space. 「This was by far a fantastic find!! The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing.
