「My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!」

「The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!」

「The view is amazing, but the rest not so much. I would have preferred an additional seat other than the futon, it was very uncomfortable. Although empathized "no smoking", someone had smoked in the trailer and there was even an ashtray on a table in the living room. I saw roaches and a sock in the living room. I checked out after one night.」

「Management was on site and available, very helpful and easy to work with. The cabin was campy, a bit older, but well maintained. Everything appeared clean, linens were spotless, and there were no bugs visible. The cabin is cooled by two window air conditioners one at the front, and one at the back. Thank you for making my escape comfortable.」

「Just got home from a fantastic girls trip to Sliver Springs. We stayed at this lovely cabin for the long weekend and it was perfect. It has everything we needed. 「What a unique accommodation! What a lovely, enchanting town Mt. Dora is! Staying in a boathouse that is literally ON the water was fun AND relaxing. Mt. Dora was within a short stroll from the boathouse. Upscale (not "tourist type") shopping. A broad range of cuisine.
