「Beautiful property breakfast on the deck looking over the fields was specialPerfect location for us. Lunch at Laggan Pantry (in walking distance) was spectacular. Laggan pub also in walking distance.」

「The house was warm, cozy, and tastefully furnished, truly a home away from home. As a family of six, we felt completely comfortable and had a wonderful time. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway in Crookwell.」

「Paula and Jamie were so lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to Blue Slate Cottage as we wanted to cook more. They gave us fresh eggs and herbs from the chook pen and garden. Both cottages were were delightful with good facilities and plenty of firewood. There were lots of kangaroos, deer, goats, ducks and an emu on the property. The property is an easy drive Wombeyan Caves and Taralga. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the peace and quiet an extra day」

「We had a great time despite the weather being rainy and windy. Kathleen and Ken were so welcoming and made sure we were looked after and even showed us the animals in the rain. On arrival they had the heater on so the place was toasty which was so inviting. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, it has beautiful views and is very neat. The animals were lovely and getting to feed them was the absolute highlight!」

「My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property」

「This beautiful spot along the Abercrombie River was the ideal setting for a getaway with friends. Our group of six stayed in the Barn, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The Barn is designed perfectly for a group, with comfortable beds, open style living and an amazing kitchen that is well-stocked with quality cooking equipment, making self-catering a breeze. 「Beautiful home in a great part of the world. No issues with communication or check-in even though we literally booked the accommodation the night before. Tastefully renovated and had everything that was needed and more. Being right near the Argyle Inn was an added bonus. Was a shame we were only there for the night. Looking forward to getting back there ASAP for a long weekend. 」

「After two other Tiny Away stays I did not want to stay in any other kind of accommodation. Sadly, arriving at this one I was so disappointed to find it less than perfect —my impression wS that the place had not been cleaned after the previous stay. There was a towel hanging from the hook that had obviously been used and been hung up damp and had dried in place. There were smear marks on the bottom white sheet. There was a layer of dust on everything. Outside the one chair was lying on its back...

「We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property.」

「An excellent property with an excellent wood heater that was greatly appreciated due to the brisk weather. Location is excellent and the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy The Grand Ettie cafe and the Argyle Hotel restaurant as well as the scenic local countryside.」
